Today I received an interesting email from Francisca van Vloten, Head Curator & Advisor to the Museum Domburg in the Netherlands, asking whether Clarence knew Jo Koster, the Dutch artist, who stayed in Bordighera from December 1899 to March 1900 in the Villa Constantia and the Pension du Paradis.
